Art Alabin - Chief Executive Officer
Art has studied Marketing and Management in Moscow Academy of Management in Russia and received his Bachelor degree from Freed-Hardeman University in the US. His professional career started at Central Parking System. At the end of 2005 he saw the opportunity to improve certain inequities in mystery shopping industry resulting in incorporation of Servimer, which was founded first as AMA Enterprises.
Maria Alabin - Accounting Services Manager
Maria majored in Finance and World Economics. Before working for Servimer, Maria was a branch manager and trainer for Scottrade Financial Services in numerous US cities. Her office has received multiple Customer Satisfaction awards along with Scottrades’s Highest J.D. Power and Associates awards several years in a row.
Scott L. - President
Scott began as a shopper with Servimer in 2012. After a couple hundred surveys, he began coaching new shoppers and then served as manager of the Mid-Atlantic Region beginning in 2015. He was tapped to serve as president of Servimer in December of 2016. Scott's vocational background includes enlisted service in the U.S. Marine Corps, more than two decades of non-profit management, and several thousand assignments completed along the entire spectrum of covert and revealed mystery shops.
Barry C. – Senior Vice President
Through the years Barry has worked in marketing management with American Express, Prudential, New York Times and Comcast. He has studied Latin American political science at various colleges and universities both domestically and overseas including the State University of New York at Geneseo, Southern Illinois University and the University of Mexico. Barry joined Servimer’s management team in 2016
Chris W. - Vice President
Chris joined Servimer in 2016. Previously in his career, Chris worked for Central Parking System in Nashville where he held multiple positions including Senior Operations Manager for the metropolitan region. Chris also had many years of experience in retail management, most recently serving as an Actuarial Consultant working with government entities in the area of finance.
Pam S. - Regional Manager
Pam earned a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Arizona and a Master’s Degree from Michigan State University, and went on to work in corporate America along with a teaching position. She is now a full-time independent contractor and small business owner, traveling across the country performing a full spectrum of mystery shopping and facility assessments. An avid photographer, Pam joined Servimer in September, 2016. She serves in key volunteer leadership positions with a Chicago-based women’s shelter and a local pet shelter.
Toby D. – Regional Manager for International Operations
Toby has a wealth of experience with customer service training, as well as working with constituents from around the world. She has mystery shopped for several years, starting with Servimer in early 2016. Later that year she was invited to join Servimer’s management team. She recently earned and was awarded a PhD in Higher Education Administration
Last names of the management team are not released due to the business nature. Most of them continue to conduct mystery shops and disclosing their names could be detrimental to the business.
